Website Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: 12.10.2026

These terms set out the rules for using the website epicdigitalhub.ro. By accessing and using the website, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1. Information about the operator

The website epicdigitalhub.ro is operated by:

EPIC DIGITAL HUB S.R.L. CUI 51214505 · Trade Register number J2025006853005 Registered office: Piața Nucetului nr. 24, bl. DE4, et. 3, ap. 308, Oradea, Bihor County, Romania Email: contact@epicdigitalhub.ro · Telephone: 0755 473 154

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the services of Epic Digital Hub (marketing strategy, brand identity, content, paid campaigns, SEO and GEO, websites, design and photo and video production), case studies and articles, and allows you to request an audit report or a collaboration.

The information on the website is general and presentational in nature. It does not constitute a firm offer within the meaning of the Romanian Civil Code and does not replace a personalised analysis of your business's situation.

3. Requests made through forms

The free audit report. Through the "Generate My Free Report" form you can request a report on your business's website and online presence. The report:

  • is free of charge and creates no obligation to collaborate;
  • is based on public information available on the date it is generated and on automated analysis tools, and may therefore contain omissions or interpretations that require verification;
  • is indicative and does not guarantee particular search engine rankings, a particular level of traffic or particular commercial results.

By submitting the form, you declare that you are entitled to request the analysis of the website indicated (for example, you are the owner, administrator or a representative of the business).

Checking availability. We work with a limited number of clients and, as a rule, with a single business per niche in a given city. Submitting the "Check Availability" form does not guarantee that a collaboration will begin. We will reply after reviewing the request.

Accuracy of the data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the forms.

4. Contractual relationship

Epic Digital Hub's services are provided exclusively on the basis of a contract or an offer accepted in writing, which sets out the services, price, deadlines and specific terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the signed contract, the contract prevails.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, articles, case studies, images, video material, graphics, visual identity elements, the logo and the name "Epic Digital Hub", the structure and the source code, belongs to EPIC DIGITAL HUB S.R.L. or is used with the consent of the rights holders, and is protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights and by trade mark legislation.

You may:

  • view and read the content for personal purposes or for professional information;
  • share links to the website's pages;
  • quote short extracts from articles, clearly indicating the source and providing a link to the original page.

Without our prior written consent, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, modify or sell the website's content, in whole or in part;
  • use the Epic Digital Hub logo, name or visual identity elements;
  • extract the content by automated means (scraping) for commercial purposes or to create competing products or services.

The trade marks, logos and materials of clients presented in the case studies belong to their respective owners and are displayed with their consent, for portfolio purposes.

6. Case studies and results

The case studies describe real projects carried out for our clients. The results presented depend on numerous factors specific to each business (market, budget, product, competition, period) and do not constitute a guarantee that the same results will be achieved in other projects.

7. Proper use of the website

You undertake not to use the website to:

  • transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringes the rights of others;
  • send unsolicited messages (spam) or false requests through the forms;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the website, the server or other users' data;
  • introduce viruses, malicious software or any code that may affect the operation of the website;
  • deliberately overload the website's infrastructure.

We reserve the right to block access and to notify the competent authorities in the event of such actions.

8. Links to external websites

The website may contain links to websites operated by third parties (for example, our clients' websites or social networks). We do not control the content, availability or policies of these websites and are not responsible for them. You access them at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date and that the website operates without interruption. However:

  • we do not guarantee that the website will be permanently available or free of errors;
  • information may become outdated, and some may contain unintentional errors, which we correct when we identify them;
  • we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information on the website or of the free audit report, without a personalised professional analysis;
  • we are not liable for indirect loss caused by the temporary inability to access the website.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability which, under the law, cannot be limited or excluded.

10. Personal data and cookies

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.

11. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms to reflect changes to the website, the services or the legislation. The current version is published on this page, together with the date of the last update. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts at the registered office of EPIC DIGITAL HUB S.R.L., except where the law provides otherwise.

Consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor — ANPC) and use the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure (Soluționarea Alternativă a Litigiilor — SAL) operated by ANPC.
