Please do not send us special categories of data through the forms (for example, health data, religious or political beliefs, biometric data). We do not need such data for our services.

2.2. Data collected automatically

Technical data and server logs: when you access the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data necessary for the operation and security of the website: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and version, operating system and the page from which you arrived on the website.

Browsing and measurement data (only with your consent): if you accept analytics and marketing cookies, we collect, through Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, information about how you use the website: pages visited, visit duration, traffic source (for example, Google search, an advertisement, a social network), device type, approximate region and actions taken on the website, such as submitting a form. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy.

If you decline cookies, Google Analytics may receive, through the Consent Mode feature, signals without cookies and without persistent identifiers, used exclusively for aggregated statistical estimates. Meta Pixel does not load at all without your consent.

Information about form submissions: when you submit a form, we record as a measurement event only the type of form (audit, application or enquiry), the page language and, for the application form, the selected niche and budget. Your name, email address, telephone number and website are not sent to Google Analytics or Meta.

2.3. Data received from other sources

To prepare the audit report you request, we analyse public information about the website and business you indicate (the public content of the website, search engine results, the business's public profiles). This information relates mainly to the business, not to natural persons.
